JOIN US on February 12^th as we hear from Andre Pelland on “OSHA and ANSI Standards”. Andre will be discussing OSHA and ANSI standards, and why and how we complete them. If time permits, he will also cover the update for the ladder climbing systems slated for 2036.

ANDRE PELLAND, VP of Technical Operations at Guardian, is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of technical functions related to product development, manufacturing, quality, and laboratory operations. With deep expertise in industry standards, including quality management systems, laboratory management systems, and product design methodologies, this role ensures that all technical processes meet stringent regulatory and quality requirements. He drives operational excellence by implementing robust systems that support compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Andre also plays a pivotal role in industry standard development by chairing, contributing, and participating in the technical content development of associations such as the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), International Safety Equipment Association, etc.
