Join us as we hear from Abdo Yasseen of Baker Hughes on Finding the Next Incident. Finding the Next Incident is a tool that was developed by Baker Hughes to help learn from normal work. The key is harnessing the insights and knowledge from our frontline employees to bring different perspectives to leaders about where and how to focus their attention and resources.

Abdelsalam Yasseen is an HSE Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds a master’s degree in safety & risk management. He wears many hats including Technical Director for SPE Human Factors Technical Section, Member of Offshore Safety Learning from Normal Work Committee, Co-Author of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council HOP Playbook. in Houston, Abdelsalam’s current role is Senior HSE Programs Manager for Baker Hughes, looking after ingraining HOP in daily operations globally.
