Topic Dust Hazard Analysis

Join us on April 4th for details on OSHA compliance requirements that apply to the management of combustible dust risks and an overview of how to identify the presence of combustible dust in your facility and how to manage the risks. Industrial Hygienists tend to focus on the health aspects of exposure to chemicals and dusts.  This presentation emphasizes the safety risks.

Speaker Sarah Anderson, CIH, CSP

Sarah is a certified health, safety and environmental executive with extensive manufacturing and petrochemical experience includes service for ALCOA aluminum extrusion plant, Amoco Research Center, Amoco Pipeline, Amoco polypropylene foam plants, Welchem water treatment chemical plants, Amoco/BP petrochemical facilities (domestic and international) , Shell Lubricants, Shell Global Solutions and SGS Group. She established a record of excellence, relating well with all levels of management, line employees and government officials in both international and culturally diverse domestic locations. Sarah is the Global IH/Environmental and Integrity Director for SGS – developing and implementing global HSE Management Systems and tools for 100,000 plus employees in over 140 countries.
