Topic Success Story on Investing in Employees for Improving Human Performance

How focusing on prevention through teaching people about their decision-making style and the factors that influence them and how to overcome their biases to make clear, calm, caring and committed decisions, leaving no doubt, has led to above average morale, extremely low incident rate and severity and excellent performance in schedule and budget.  These elusive goals were achieved in the midst of a turbulent year full of external distractions including multiple hurricanes and Covid-19.
