All too often, HSE professionals leverage PPE as the solution to reduce occupational health exposures. However, since human error is real, PPE is the least effective control measure. See one approach being made to reduce health risks in worksites & global projects.
Speaker Cameron Isaacs, CIH, CSP, CHMM, ExxonMobil
Cameron has 27 years of experience in occupational health and safety that includes experiences within a variety of industries. He started his career within the helicopter repair/refurbishing industry at the Corpus Christi Army Depot and later transitioned into safety/health engineering and management positions within chemical manufacturing for Sherwin Alumina Company and LyondellBasell Industries. Approximately 10 years later in 2009, Cameron joined ExxonMobil where he’s had the opportunity to support oil & gas production, pipeline, Lubes manufacturing, global environmental properties & large-scale global projects. His credentials include having a master’s degree from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and he holds the CIH, CSP and CHMM certifications.
