Topic Chevron’s Heat Management Program

Join us as we hear from Natalie Martin of Chevron on the Chevron Heat Management Program. As global temperatures rise, so do the risks to worker safety. In this session, Natalie will explore how Chevron is using cutting-edge hydration technology and behavioral science to combat heat-related incidents in high-risk environments. We’ll examine the cognitive impacts of dehydration, and the results of Chevron’s Connected Hydration pilot study that improved hydration habits and reduced safety alarms in the field. She’ll also share how Chevron’s 2024 Heat Management Program achieved zero recordable incidents, offering practical insights for organizations aiming to protect their workforce and elevate safety performance in extreme conditions.
