Dustin Hickey is a board-certified and chartered EHS executive, holding designations in the United States (CSP), Canada (CRSP), and the United Kingdom (CMIOSH). As an active member of the international HSE community, Mr. Hickey has contributed to the knowledge base of the profession through volunteering and serving on boards and committees, speaking at meetings and conferences, and authoring articles that have been published in Professional Safety, the peer-reviewed professional journal of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP). Mr. Hickey currently serves as Senior Vice President of HSE for Industrial Specialty Services (ISS), an international provider of highly engineering technical solutions and specialty mechanical services.

JASON MILLENBRUCH, CSP
Jason Millenbruch has been employed as a full time Safety Professional in progressive capacities and multiple industries for the past 20 years. Having served the transportation, manufacturing, and the oil & gas sectors (operations & major projects) in both contractor and core roles, he has gained a broad knowledge and appreciation of the safety profession and its valued impacts on our everyday lives. Jason has experience leading high performing teams as well as serving on various workplace leadership teams throughout his career. He has been a member of ASSP since 2011 and earned his CSP in 2014 . Jason served as Secretary for the ASSP Gulf Coast Chapter for the past two years and looks to extend his service to the profession in this new capacity.

Elizabeth Thornhill, CSP, is a Senior Professional with 28 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance. She has specific expertise in Contractor Management for both general industry and construction. She has extensive experience in industrial manufacturing, general manufacturing, mining, electrical transmission and distribution, and renewable energy sectors. She started working for multiple contractors and gained deep experience as an EHS Regional Manager for an industrial electrical & instrumentation construction and maintenance contractor and a general construction heavy lift contractor. She has twelve years of consulting experience providing her with Project Manager skills that include managing project systems, organizing and coaching people, creating and maintaining client-approved budgets, and providing value- added expertise.

Geoffrey Miller is a U.S. Safety Manager for International Cooling Tower supporting the U.S. operations of the company. Geoffrey has eight years of industrial construction experience, graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety and Health and achieved his Certified Safety Professional certification in 2022 .

Experienced in the mechanical construction, heavy construction, maintenance and wide majority of specialty and critical support services throughout multiple industries like, chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, and pulp & paper industry. Katizu is a Regional HSE Manager for Industrial Specialty Services, where he is responsible for the Gulf Coast Region.
